The offshore finance and administration qualifications are global offshore qualifications, established, regulated and controlled by the Institution of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). The qualifications are recognised within the different jurisdictions, including Mauritius as appropriate qualifications for those working in the offshore sectors.
The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is the recognised global voice on governance and regulatory issues in the private, public and non-for-profit sectors. With over 100 years of experience as a Chartered Body, ICSA upholds the high standard of ethics and integrity in the profession through a strict code of conduct and rigorous training.
Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration (DOFA)
- This is a stand-alone qualification which has been created to provide a unique and highly relevant training opportunity specifically for those employed in the offshore finance sector. The programme aims to provide a broad perspective of the industry, whilst promoting a high degree of operational knowledge covering law, regulatory and financial framework.
Certificate in Offshore Finance & Administration (COFA)
- The certificate provides an entry-level qualification for those wishing to enter or is already employed within the offshore finance sector to gain a basic knowledge of the underlying principles and business environment existing in offshore finance. Candidates who successfully complete the COFA will be eligible for direct entry onto the DOFA programme.
